**To help our customers save, we have a Flat Rate Shipping on all orders no matter the size of your purchase. Products are made to order therefore, your order will be process and ship within 3-5 business days. Be sure that your shipping information is correct to prevent your package from being delivered to the wrong address or returned. If a package is returned to Q2NATURALS, the package can be re-shipped at the buyers request and the additional shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Once a package is shipped we do provide a tracking number to track your package until it reaches its destination. It's the responsibility of the carrier to deliver, therefore direct any questions in regards to delays, loss, damage, theft, etc. directly to the carrier. We do ship internationally to select destinations. All orders are ship USPS Priority International Mail and should take 6-10 business days for major markets or more depending on the country to receive your package. Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions and destination.
